| Requirements: |
- Must possess corporate level interaction with some of the following accounts: AutoZone, Jegs, PepBoys, Advance, Keystone, O'Reillys, Summit etc
- Bachelor's degree a must
- Must be interfacing at the corporate level and negotiating all terms and conditions of sale
- Strong business acumen with well developed project management and analytical skills
- Ability to relocate to Northern Ohio area
- Desire to travel 50% of time

| Description: |
- Total responsibility for assigned key accounts to include sales, margin, revenue, product planning, marketing support and strategic planning
- Responsible for increasing profitability and growth potential within the automotive aftermarket division
- Achieve established sales and objectives for the assigned key accounts
- Forecast for the key accounts by month and by year
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage inventory and production planning to meet the forecast and unit objectives per key account
- Identify opportunities for new product lines at the key accounts and convince the key accounts to buy new lines
- Develop product strategy per key account to ensure current product lines are renewed or discarded in a normal product life cycle plan
- Introduce new lines in the product strategy to ensure future growth and development of the key account
- Manage and resolve all operational and administrative issues that occur with the key accounts, such as billing errors, shipping errors, and other claim issues
- Ensure that price files are properly implemented as per the requirements of the key accounts
- Provide direction to the Sales Service Representative on proper handling of the account
- Solicit new business with existing and prospective accounts
