Base Salary $85 - $100K + 25-40% Bonus + company car and full benefit package

| Requirements: |
- 5 years of fleet leasing & financial sales management a MUST
- Fleet sales & management experience developing commercial accounts of 100-300 vehicles a MUST
- Experience with a major fleet management company a PLUS
- Demonstrated new business development / account management experience at the fleet level
- Proficient in the use of PC based financial & mathematical software programs
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, relational selling presentations in PowerPoint format to both small & large groups
- Proven experience in prospecting new clientele
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
- Ability to develop complex financial analysis & solutions
- Experience working from home based office a plus
- Bachelor's degree a plus

| Description: |
- Generate appointment & sales calls
- Sign new business prospects & penetrate existing customer portfolio's
- Develop and maintain a database of fleet account prospects & customers within assigned geographical region
- Provide consultative advice to customers & prospects regarding all leasing services and programs
- Review & analyzing credit worthiness of customers and prospects
- Travel as required with commitment to meet prospect & client time lines
- Achieve targeted financial goals & manage expenses on monthly basis
- Interface with Marketing staff to optimize lead generation & sales support functions
- Attend industry trade shows & events
