| Requirements: |
- Must have at least a 4-year degree, marketing or communications preferred, (MBA a plus)
- 5 years of marketing or product management experience within the automotive aftermarket
- Emphasis on automotive retail preferred
- Knowledge of strategy, finance, business planning and technical including strong interpersonal skills & analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate cross functionally and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Proven project planning skills, self motivated and high level of interpersonal skills, including Technical aptitude

| Description: |
- Direct Internal marketing staff to attain division marketing profit objectives
- Create and implement profitable marketing programs for key accounts, programmed groups and product lines
- Maintain selected programmed group headquarter contact
- Develop and mange annual marketing budgets
- Prepare annual tactical plan to achieve longer strategic plan goals
- Work closely with multiple departments in developing new products and packaging
- Forecast increases and spikes in promotional product units and communicate to production
- Conceive, design, and execute product sales programs
- Analyze promotional results to determine effectiveness of programs, review product formulas and packaging for cost saving and product rationalization opportunities
- Formulate and recommend pricing strategies to achieve increased profit and market share
- Constantly update competitive intelligence, product and product line profitability and establish department policies, procedures, and practices
