Position Title: Vice President - Call Center
Location: FILLED
Company Brief: Leading manufacturer and distributor of Drivetrain components.
Compensation: $75-90K salary + bonus + expenses + outstanding benefits + full relo package
Requirements:
  • Management experience of inside call center sales team making both inbound and outbound calls
  • Prior responsibility of 30+ agents a must
  • Proven ability to hire, train and motivate large inside sales team
  • Operations or warehouse experience considered a plus
  • Experience with drivetrain components a plus
  • Ability to relocate to Florence Alabama area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organization skills
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills
  • Four-year college degree preferred
Description:
  • Responsible for the daily management and production of a 30+ call center team
  • Responsible for sales forecasting and analysis, P&L, expediently resolving sales related warehouse issues and communication customer needs and future business trends to the marketing staff.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales representatives and sales support staff
  • Meet with local accounts to resolve issues and build business
  • Desire to accept additional Regional responsibility within first year
  • Provide motivation and incentives to maintain a high level of motivation within the sales group
