| Requirements: |
- Candidate will be required to be based in the South East US - comprehensive relocation package provided
- Must have established, current Warehouse Distribution operation experience in automotive / parts distribution
- This experience must include the direct supervision of sales, warehouse management, operations and customer service staff
- Sales management experience a must - distribution centers selling to jobbers and installers and this type of experience is a must
- P&L experience a must
- Proven success in filling orders while maintaining exceptional service levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead a significant sized support team
- Automotive warehouse distribution background a must
- Initial travel will be 50%, but should decrease with effective management
- 4 year degree a must

- Manage the entire daily operations (sales and service staff) of multiple distribution centers
- Maintain a high quality, high fill order, quick turn-around operation
- Full P&L accountability
