| Requirements: |
- Minimum 5 year's management experience in the retail parts distribution industry, participating in all phases of operations a must
- Prior P&L responsibility
- Prior multi-site management
- Frequent travel in the regional market to meet with site managers to review operation metrics and business performance
- Knowledge and experience in the Auto Dismantling Industry a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including negotiating, problem resolution and presentation skills
- Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays at any store assigned by management
- Proficiency in MS Office a must (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Reconcile sales, prepare reports and read technical manuals
- Function with minimal supervision

| Description: |
- Responsible for oversight / success of a group of stores which conduct both retail sales and production operations
- Interface with store managers in a business consultant capacity to ensure a safe and profitable operation
- Meet various production and sales goals through proper guidance and management of respective sites
- Interface with Director of Sales and Production to improve site results and execute company strategies
- Mentor and train site managers as needed ensuring successful operation and succession
- Communicate with all levels of Store personnel and provide consistent direction of policies, procedures and goals
- Assemble monthly summaries for senior management detailing site level performance
- Analyze monthly / yearly P&L’s, provide financial recommendations and guidance to stores for enhanced profitability
- Develop and recommend marketing / promotional strategies to assist stores in maximizing wholesale/retail sales volume, profitability and customer traffic
