| Requirements: |
- 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
- Business development / account management at the retail dealer and distributor levels
- Experience selling automotive accessories a plus
- Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling
- Ability to travel 25%
- Work from regional office in Chicago
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Will consider candidates outside area, however NO relocation assistance available

| Description: |
- Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close
- Meet & exceed agreed upon sales quota
- Implement company marketing plan and meet the business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory
- Work with existing distribution networks to "pull-thru" business and support their operations, including training
- Manage client/ customer needs as required
