Position Title: Sales Manager - Tires / Wheels
Location: Chicago, IL
Company Brief: International manufacturer and distributor of wheels
Compensation: $60K - $75K Salary + bonus and benefits
Requirements:
  • Tire or wheel experience a must

  • Business development / account management at the retail dealer and distributor levels

  • Proven success leading a sales team and must

  • Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling

  • Ability to travel 25%

  • 4 year degree a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills & problem solving abilities required

  • Customer service orientation, solid organizational planning and time management skills a must

  • Our client will consider out-of-area candidates, however no relocation assistance is available

Description:
  • Work from regional warehouse in Elgin, IL

  • Effectively develop & lead a team of direct sales reps

  • Develop a business plan / sales strategy for the market ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability

  • Effectively execute sales strategy for achieving / exceeding sales quota's

  • New account development and business development within existing accounts

  • Territory, account, opportunity and prospect planning

  • Interface with and provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team
