| Requirements: |
- Tire or wheel experience a must
- Business development / account management at the retail dealer and distributor levels
- Proven success leading a sales team and must
- Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling
- Ability to travel 25%
- 4 year degree a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills & problem solving abilities required
- Customer service orientation, solid organizational planning and time management skills a must
- Our client will consider out-of-area candidates, however no relocation assistance is available

| Description: |
- Work from regional warehouse in Elgin, IL
- Effectively develop & lead a team of direct sales reps
- Develop a business plan / sales strategy for the market ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Effectively execute sales strategy for achieving / exceeding sales quota's
- New account development and business development within existing accounts
- Territory, account, opportunity and prospect planning
- Interface with and provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team
