Position Title: District Sales Manager
Location: FILLED
Company Brief: Well established, local distributor of automotive HVAC replacement parts and components serving South Florida market
Compensation: $40K - $65K+ (salary + commission) and company vehicle
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in outside sales calling on automotive aftermarket accounts

  • Automotive aftermarket outside sales experience a must

  • Proven ability, desire to develop, and take full responsibility for a new territory

  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual assigned sales quotas

  • Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling

  • Only candidates, local to the Broward County area will be considered - no relocation

  • Experience with parts distribution a plus

  • Bi-lingual considered a plus

Description:
  • Work from Ft Lauderdale Branch office, calling on various steps of distribution, to generate business in assigned territory

  • New account development, management of, and business development within, existing accounts

  • Effectively execute sales strategy for achieving / exceeding sales quota's

  • Territory, account, opportunity and prospect planning

  • Interface with management, inside sales and warehouse departments

  • Manage customer needs, as required

  • Attend and contribute in all sales meeting discussions as required
