| Requirements: |
- Transmission experience a must (aftermarket or OE)
- Electrical experience with CVT, EVT & Dual Clutch Technology desired
- Product management, market research, pricing, product launches and project management a must
- Proven track record in maintaining, improving and increasing product margins and market share
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to move projects through the organization with minimal direction
- Experience setting objectives and developing plans to implement
- Expertise of Microsoft Office software and applications
- Lean / Six Sigma training a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing , Electrical Engineering or related discipline

| Description: |
- Manage multiple product lines associated with the electrical and transmission component lines
- Additional products include cables, bearings, bushings, coolers, CV components, modulators, Speedo gears, switch kits, u-joints, testers, tools and washers
- Research, development & launch of new products, thru entire life cycle, sufficient to meet company growth and financial objectives
- Develop sales tools with the assistance of Marketing Services
- Develop sales kits, sell sheets, manuals, catalogs, technical bulletins and sales assist tools in order entry
- Lead company efforts to research future driveline technologies and trends, government regulations and market factors
- Coordinate all areas needed to attain the annual plan, forecasts and strategic business objectives
- Research / development of new products based on market trends, competitive analysis & customer demand
- Prepare business plans for all new products and present to senior management for approval
- Product line P&L accountability
- Provide sourcing strategy including identification of new suppliers, purchased terms, conditions and an inventory plan for market support
- Provide sales channel plan to grow, support target market/ customers and a marketing plan to promote the new products
- Interface with industry experts and customers, as needed
- Attend and assist at trade shows as required. Develop trade show displays as required
