$195K Base + 30 - 50% bonus + full relocation |
| Requirements: |
- 4-year degree, MBA a plus
- 10-15 years of current experience serving the traditional side of the automotive aftermarket
- Strong, documented history of leading Sales, Marketing and Fixed Operations teams to achieve objectives
- Progressive path of progressive responsibility & accomplishment within aftermarket industry
- P&L and EBITDA accountability combined with financial analysis & cost center experience
- Warehouse and/or parts distribution background
- Successful track record of acting as a positive change agent
- Rebuild or remanufacturing experience a plus
- Drivetrain component exposure a plus
- ERP experience with JDE a plus
- Position requires relocation to Maine

| Description: |
- Position reports directly to President/ COO
- Manage day-to-day operations of this strategic business unit including sales, marketing & fixed operations
- Full P&L responsibility for multi-facility operations, consisting of +/- 175 employees
- Ensure each operation is meeting/ exceeding monthly budget (EBITDA, labor, material, etc.)
- Develop and execute sales & marketing plans to identify new customers, markets and products to grow revenue and profits
- Develop annual financial budgets and strategic business initiatives to ensure financial growth & profitability
- Identify & manager cost drivers and develop profit improvement plans & cost reduction
- Staff development and succession planning
- Implement & manager performance metrics and best practices in all facilities
- Ensure all facilities are safe & OSHA compliant
- Represent and promote the company at various community & business functions
