$175 - $225K base + bonus + benefits and relocation package

| Requirements: |
All of the following criteria must be met to be considered
- Currently reside in the North East / Mid Atlantic US area or demonstrate strong ties to this geographical territory
- Multi-branch management experience with emphasis on traditional aftermarket parts distribution
- Direct supervision of fixed operations including distribution center/ warehouse operations, customer service and sales
- 7-10 years of current sales management experience with branch, warehouse or retail reseller automotive parts distribution
- Documented, current experience with distribution specific to the automotive installer and repair shop channels
- Full P&L oversight / accountability
- 4 year degree
- Ability / desire to travel 50%
- Supply chain / resource planning management experience a plus
- Experience must be with traditional aftermarket parts distribution and not automotive car dealerships

| Description: |
- Manage the daily operations and profitability of 12 branch locations
- Branch locations are a combination of warehouse and over-the-counter part sales
- Effectively implement and execute corporate objectives, policies and sales strategies
- Promote growth at individual branches thru effective upselling, new business development and existing account management
- Interface with individual branch managers to ensure collective objectives of area are met
- Maintain existing standards of high quality, high fill order and JIT delivery operations
- Support national / key accounts as required
