My firm has been engaged to assist our client in the development of the North American marketplace
Our client owns the proprietary distribution rights and will develop the territory with individual business partners known as Sub Distributors
Sub Distributor receives a defined, geographical territory in which to operate
Sub Distributor develops their territory by adding retail service points known as Independent Dealers
Dealers will purchase the business rights to operate in the Sub Distributors territory
Dealer investment includes license fee, initial product inventory, capitol equipment, training and ongoing support
The development and ongoing success of Dealer Network generates revenue for Sub Distributor
Revenue is earned each time a new Dealer is added in addition to monthly fees paid by all existing Dealers
Dealer development, retail location and performance standards are managed by Sub Distributor
This revolutionary process can complete a flawless, permanent repair in as little as 45 minutes
This is not a touch-up technique nor a multi-hour traditional repair and it's 100% isocyanate free
This service is a revolutionary upgrade from the traditional industry option, providing a profitable alternative while saving the consumer time and money

Develop assigned territory, consisting of Independent Dealers who provide the repair service
Provide full support, including initial training to your Dealer network

One Dealer - $24K annual revenue
Five Dealers - $120K annual revenue
Ten Dealers - $240K annual revenue
Twenty Dealers - $480K annual revenue
Thirty Dealers - $720K annual revenue
This is a business venture
A one-time investment of $120K is required to become a licensed Sub Distributor
Early Investor Incentive
The first (5) Sub Distributors will receive a special incentive
