| Description: |
- Responsible for the daily activities of warehouse operations and its staff
- Manage inside operations of warehouse activities, providing training, direction and motivation as needed
- Manage staff to maximize productivity and accuracy of shipments
- Ensure accuracy of inventory
- Maintain process and work flow
- Management of the hourly warehouse work force
- Supervise inbound shipments, picking, staging, and loading of outbound shipments in a timely, cost-efficient manner
- Develop/maintain work schedules of supervised staff and conduct performance reviews and implement/ manage development plans for supervised staff
- Responsible for budget and cost goals within the warehouse
