Prior to forming the AAE Group, I recruited for a division of the largest, most successful search firm in the world. The formal training and instruction I received provided a clear understanding of the intricacies of my profession and provided the means to ultimately be recognized as a top performer within the company.

As the owner of the AAE Group, I am actively involved in every search assignment we accept. Most recognize our industry is made up of a very small fraternity of individuals; therefore a respected, well-documented reputation is an integral portion of our identity.
